BA and Surprise Creek

Great Bear has entered into an Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Mountain Boy to earn a 50% interest in the BA (Barbara) project by spending $5.5 M over four years, and can earn an additional 20% interest, for a total of 70%, by funding a Positive Feasibility Study by December 2015. The agreement was extended in October 2010 to include the Surprise Creek deposit which is adjacent. [Source: August 31, 2010 MD&A and October news release]

Silver Coin

The Silver Coin project is a gold-silver project located in the Skeena Mining Division of British Columbia, situated 10 km north of the past-producing Silbak-Premier mine. Silbak-Premier produced 2 million ounces of gold and 43 million ounces of silver over its life. Jayden Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: JDN) is the joint venture partner on the project. This report assumes Jayden will exercise its option to hold 80% of the deposit. [Source: August 31, 2010 MD&A Filing]
