A TSX/TSXv listed gold and silver mining company (or interested 3rd party) may choose to make a company's metrics available as part of the GoldMinePulse free section if the company meets the following conditions and pays a one time fee. As of October, 2011, space for 1 company to make their daily metrics available to all for free, is available at a one time fee of C$500.
Addition to the Gold List at GoldMinerPulse requires at least 20% of in situ metal content from gold in situ metal value (Proven + Probable reserves and Measured + Indicated and Inferrerd resources considered, historical resources are not considered). A company may be removed from the list if it the in situ metal value from gold drops below 20%.
Addition to the Silver List at GoldMinerPulse requires at least 20% of in situ metal content from silver in situ metal value (Proven + Probable reserves and Measured + Indicated and Inferrerd resources considered, historical resources are not considered). A company may be removed from the list if it the in situ metal value from silver drops below 20%.
The company is trading on either the TSX or the TSXv (tier 1 or tier 2 mining listings but not capital pool companies). NEX board listings do not qualify.
The company has or plans to release a website.
Listing is good for the life of the mining comany or the life of the GoldMinerPulse website. A mining company name change as a result of an acquisition, business reoganization, or if the company ceases trading on the TSX or TSXv defines the life of the mining company. Operation at www.goldminerpulse.com defines the end of life of the GoldMinerPulse website.
GoldMinerPulse updates resource counts, fully diluted share counts on a best effort basis with a target update time of the day the new information appears at www.sedar.com. Updates on the day news is available at sedar.com will be implemented for the currently listed gold/silver companies by the end of Q4, 2011.
The fee to have a company's metrics added to GoldMinerPulse can be purchased via PayPal. The requested company will be listed at the next site update (typically 1 hour after the close of trading).
